Pleased....

It no doubt has occured to you that I am a great procrastinator. My sister used to have a motto "Never put off until tomorrow what you can put off until the day after" and alas, I seem to have taken it to heart. Lol. Furthermore, having depression has only made that problem worse. It has always been very difficult for me to complete things that I start. I have a mountain of UFO's of all sorts of things, including tidying some things.

However, contrary to my usual habits of not finishing things off, I have actually done something I am pretty pleased with. I went into a swap for some handmade cards. I only had to make 4 of them and they were quite a bit of work to do. But over about a week I have not only started this project, but also finished it. Everything is all packed up, ready to post. I am surprised with my diligence in this effort and very pleased. I will be posting photos of this effort on my other blog once the swap is done. I will put up a link on here when that happens.

In many ways I am feeling much better, but in others not so good. I find in some respects I have too long to wait, and my nerves tell me it is never long enough. I'll get there.

Bit of some updates...

I have changed the look of my blog. There are still some kinks to work out, but it is not the weird colours it was before. I hope this will make it more readable for people.

I changed my credit union for a bank. I am not sure this is a good thing, but so far it is good in that I don't have to pay fees on my transactions. There are probably other fees that I will have to pay, but only occasionally, because I make only transactions, and not much else at the moment. I have had to go around and tell those who need to know that my accounts have to be changed.

I also opened an account to save a little money in, and the bank has assured me it will not be taking money out of it under any circumstances if I am only depositing money into it. Which is all I wanted from the Credit Union. Sometimes long loyalty with a company counts for nothing these days; that is not a good thing for anybody.

I noticed some people on Facebook are back to going on about the end of the world in 2012. Good grief. So my reply is to ask them for their stuff and offer to water their plants and care for their pets. Maybe this should be on my religious blog. haha. I am also offering people if they are planning on having an apocalypse to supply their equine needs. Can't have a decent apocalypse without horsemen, and horsemen have to be mounted on horses. Oh well, so far, no takers on either of them.

New Blog

Yes I know I am a pathetic blogger, but I felt a new one was needed for my religious thoughts. You can find it here.

I am going to be doing two correspondence courses starting in March, one in religious studies and the other my Certificate 3 in IT. Maybe by doing a Cert 3 I will be able to finish my Cert 4 and understand stuff better. The IT studies are through OTEN and the other through a College in Tasmania.

Keeping the above blog will allow me to document and discuss on my own terms what I am learning.

Had the remainder of my dental work done today. It was quite painful coming off the anesthetic even with a painkiller, but now after the second painkillers it is tolerable. In a couple of weeks I will make an appointment to see the prostheticist and get dentures made. Next Tuesday I will finally be seeing a spinal specialist with all my scans and xrays, so fingers crossed I will find out what is wrong with me once and for all, and find a way forward.

The weight loss is still there, but only just, because I can't exercise fully as I would like to, and hopefully if I can get rid of the cramping and spasms, I will be able to walk and it will come off a bit faster. Now that I have had my teeth seen to that should help as well.

I have more arts and crafts that I have been doing and finishing up and will post when a) I get photos, and b) when I remember to post.

Floods...

I guess like most people in Australia, I have been watching the awful floods in Queensland. It has been very tragic that 15 people have lost their lives and thousands have lost their homes and possessions.

Having family who lives in Brisbane, I am lucky that none of these events have really touched them. I can't but wonder at the turn of events that prevented us from moving there two years ago as we originally planned. It reinforces that God really does care for me and my family.

I have to wonder too at the idea of building large commercial cities on the banks of rivers right where they meet the sea. Brisbane is a port with shipping on a regular basis. It is the same with New Orleans. Too much of the wrong weather and both cities were devastated. Toowoomba is a largish city as well. Flood plains are not called that without reason. Sooner or later there will be a flood.

Will sense ever prevail - hardly, since the size of the cities are too large to just abandon to the fates. There was a flood in Brisbane in 1974 so it stands to reason there will be floods in the future. Homes can be made flood proof or as flood proof as possible; in the future it should be the demand of insurance companies and councils that new houses are built only above the height of floods (on stilts - like the old Queenslanders) and/or have rooms that can be totally sealed off so that possessions can be safely stored during a flood event.

Insurance premiums will undoubtedly rise again, to help defray the costs of having to pay out on the floods. Some food stuff costs will go up from crops destroyed during the floods being unavailable. Mostly these sort of costs never come down again. It will be harder for the poor to afford these things. There is a sort of selfishness involved in these sort of lifestyle choices whether made consciously or unconsciously.

We are seriously reconsidering our choice to move to Brisbane now.

Negligence...

Just as well the blog can't charge me. lol.

I have really not been doing much. I am finding the muscle cramps a bit of a distraction and have to wait till January for the MRI for the spinal specialist. Four days later I am getting the first of my dental work done. Although I am nervous about the pain I am starting to feel excited about the finished result when I get my dentures.

I am fully committed to loosing weight, and even though the exercise part is difficult, I have been doing it. So by this time next year, I will be a totally new person. My 2012 New Year's resolution will be to get fit enough to start horse-riding again. So I suppose my 2011 Resolution will have to be to stick with it.

The photograph above is of a lady who is 75 years old and had not ridden for over twenty years. When I saw this photo on one of the horse forums and realised how much older than me she was, getting back in the saddle, I was just blown away. I know I can get back in the saddle at a much younger age. (yes I do have permission for the photo).

So while I am loosing all this weight, I am saving up for a quality helmet, boots and maybe a pair of joddies. I keep looking at Bell in that way. lol.

Christmas is just around the corner, and this year we are prepared. This is the first time ever I can say this. EVA.

A quick update ...

Yes, I am still here, still pottering and still vague as ever. My health has improved somewhat which is a relief. I am off to Canberra this weekend to stay with my sister, but also to visit with my father who I haven't seen for a few years now. I am really looking forward to it.

I have just updated the Alien Thoughts blog with another of my opinions. I will update everything again once I am back from the weekend in Canberra. I have been thinking and looking up a number of things I want to share... assuming I remember of course.

Updates ...

Our internet died on Wednesday morning, just after we paid all the bills, but before we could get into any of our favs like facebook and yahoo groups. What a horror that was for three days. lol. Finally got it up and running earlier tonight. Daughter has had to spend quite a few $$$ getting new wiring and stuff only to discover it was in actual fact the modem that has died.

She rang the ISP several times before they came to that conclusion. They have her hooked up to the old modem for just now.

My three books from Amazon have all arrived, within two weeks of ordering them, too. One is a Preterist book, one is a book on hat making from the 1920's and the other is the classic, Metric Pattern Cutting for Children's clothing (I already have Women's clothing) - I can now design to my hearts content and not have to worry about copyright and all that, as they will be all my own designs. Woohoo.

I bought three more punches yesterday, a six petal flower than I can make into 3D roses, a palm tree for christmas cards, and a little twiglet that I have coveted forever.

The stamp company in the USA that I ordered some rubber from has also come through and my order is on the wing.

I am happy.

However, I went and saw the Gastrologist on Wednesday, and while he is not too interested in doing a colonoscopy he did say the numbness that I have isn't related to the abdominal problems i have been experiencing. He thinks I should get a spinal CT scan, and that is scarey. My abdominal problems may be related to ulcers, and I have to get pathology tests done for that.

I had another fall this morning, partly my own fault as I was patting her Ladyship and she suddenly moved. She had her usual smell to see if I was okay, but as I called the Daughter she knew I was and she moved carefully away. She is very sweet that way. My knee was sore a bit, but as I have rested and moved it during the day, it seems okay now.

The Daughter was kind enough to buy me the final DVD set for ST: Voyager. So that is keeping me happy for just now; and I can craft as I watch. lol. I'll get back to the sewing over the weekend.

I will go to my doctor again on Wednesday, as he is only a part timer now. He can organise the scans and stuff and I might finally pinpoint what is actually wrong with me and I can start on the road to recovery. I am happy that it isn't cancer and I am happy that I seem to be in good hands.

Back - after quite some time ...

I have decided to take up blogging again, now that the worst of my depression is past. I was treated this time with a stronger medication and did some time with a psychologist. I am slowly coming off the medication and hopefully that will be that. I know the source of the depression and what to do about it, so it should not be a bother to me anymore.

I have done a few things while away, one of which was a 42 page album with the covers for my Aunt in Adelaide. My father was living in Adelaide and had the family album I made for him, but with him now moving to Canberra, she has not family contact. So I downloaded 22 recent photographs of myself and my sisters and our respective families and grandkids. I did scrapbooking and stamping for all the photos. After I had done all that, I thought I had better tell her who everyone was, so duplicating all the pages I wrote a little about each person. With an intro page, and the pages for the two horses and kitten, it came to 42 pages.

After that, I made the covers for the album with chipboard and fabric. I used some stuffing in the front cover. I coloured up a flower for the cover and hung some tags from one corner. Do I have photos? Yes, some. Do I have them on the computer to show everyone. When I have finished working out how to do this I will post them.

Presently I am working on a small album for the old person. The daughter has been taken to work almost every day by him, so it will be a small thank you for him. It has pictures of Her Ladyship the exracehorse and her two foals, Goldie and Cody. I will put in a few more over time.

I am preparing a couple of great diatribes, one for Alien Horses and one for Alien Thoughts. Well just expressing some opinions, anyhow. I hope to be taking both of those blogs in a little new direction soon.

Thank you for being so patient, and I will update from time to time as memory serves me.

Purity of Heart

When I was a child we lived by a code of sorts, and of all things, purity of heart was the most important.

Much of the code consisted of things like, giving to the poor (luckily we didn't know any poor people, or I would have wondered what to give them).

Help little old ladies across the road (even though my mother still had to hold my hand to cross the road).

Always let your horse go home on a loose rein (even if he could outrun the Melbourne Cup champions at dinner time)

Follow the ten commandments, which in turn consisted of love God before all other gods (there were others?), do not steal, do not kill, do not bear false witness (and if I was ever to be a witness in court, I would not bear falsely) and do not covet your neighbour's wife, donkey or worldly goods (since I was a girl, I wasn't likely to covet his wife, he didn't have a donkey, so I couldn't covet it, but I knew I would have if he had had one, and our worldly goods were actually more coveteous than his). The worst things you could be were a yella belly or an Indian giver.

These were sort of formed when I was about seven years old and more or less do me these days as well, albeit somewhat modified. Of course, I now know there are actually 10 ten commandments and I try to live by them. There are other codes that help us live, but these are a good place to start.

I have talked to others from around my generation and a bit before, and they had very similar codes they lived by.

Appearances to the contrary ....

I am not dead. Some days I feel as though I am. I have just been doing much thinking and organising. I still haven't finished organising the studio in the garage. Just little things that need storage that I do not have. It is frustrating. But I am getting there. Hopefully by the end of this week.

I have a new horse, my Arabian mare. Her name is Stephanique but we just call her Steph. She is a real character and has happily settled in with Her Ladyship, the ex-racehorse. I have photos on my mobile phone, so will have to download them soon. She is 26 years old, fit as a fiddle and can raise a trot with the best of them. Tail up over her back and she thinks she can outrun Her Ladyship. That is so funny. (Reminder to self: learn to put vidoes on Youtube and onto blog. It isn't rocket science!)

My eldest son came at the end of February and is still here. He has a job in a warehouse, where they unload containers and stuff for companies to pick up. He also drives a forklift. He is very tired most days when he comes home. He has to start at 6.00 am of a morning.

I am going to try and update all my blogs over the next few days, work on photographs and maybe even a video. I am much more motivated and the worst of the depression seems to have gone. Getting sick last year was the downer and it has taken me this long to feel well again.

until again ...

Still in the land of the living ... sort of ...

Sorry its been a while and I still wont be writing much.  Just to let you know I am still here.

Never made it to Queensland for various reasons and still here on the farm.  The old person moved out and has a government flat about two kms down the road.  My sister is here with Sunnyboy.  My oldest son is also here for a while.  He was having problems in Queensland and felt a sojourn with Mum would be a good thing. lol.

The daughter got a job and works part time at the moment.  When her three months trial period is over they might give her longer hours.  It isn't all that far away from here and so very convenient.

I am not working per se, but babysitting the boys for the daughter and getting ready to invite people over to my "Studio" to teach mixed media arts.

I have loads of ideas for my blogs, so just give me a while and it will be up and running again.

Quick note ...

Just a quick hello, as I have been back working full time and not had time to scratch my butt.

I went to the funeral of the husband of my supervisor at work.  It was nicely done at a funeral home out at Leppington - behind Denman Court.  It was very sad, and it was hard greeting her afterwards, but I couldn't not greet her.  I hand stamped a nice card for her and gave it too her.
She has been off two weeks.  The Boss's secretary phoned her and she said she just was not up to being with people.  I feel so very sad for her.

The Americans are in the process of voting for their new President.  Whoever they choose the weight of the world is going to be on that person's shoulders.  If it is Mr McCain, things should naturally progress from how they are now, but I have a nasty feeling if Mr Obama gets in things could get very bad.

I think either way Australia will probably fare reasonably well, but it will not be easy in the present circumstances.

Did I mention I handed in my paper work to leave work in December?  I think I did.   I still do not regret it and hope that it will work out to be wise and move forward from there.

I am teaching myself a new computer language - Python - and it is fairly straight forward.  I am learning the concepts of Object Orientation which although I know what it is, I have not done in previous languages.  I want to use it to do gaming programming and multimedia in 3D.  I will keep you posted how it all goes.

Must go, but next weekend after another full week of work, I will post a longer item and pass more opinions.  I have also started up a fun blog which you can find here.  So till next time ...

Bin raining ...

Having my "Nanny Nap" this afternoon,  I was rudely awakened by what I at first thought was a heavy wind.  No, it was a rain storm.  It was heavy enough and windy enough to have been a cyclone.  But this is Sydney, and "they" will tell  you, "We don't get cyclones in Sydney", so who am I to argue.  What was it then ... ?

I have been quite tired lately, so I am off to the Doctor's tomorrow to find out what could be causing it.  I have a feeling I am still anaemic.  The doctor tells me I should eat red meat for the iron and then says not too much because of my pre-diabetic state.  Luckily I can also take iron tablets and I am using resistant starches to help with the insulin.  That and the Weight Watchers should see me right - eventually. lol.

My arts and crafts are stalling, partly because I don't want to buy anything else now that my layby is done and I need new this that and the other thing.  Partly because I have the artistic equivalent of "writer's block".  I have been trying to design my own cards, and the first couple have been really nice, but lacking that certain level of professionalism I would like, and just a bit short of "complete".  Still, better to be experimenting and doing something than just sitting there staring at the idiot box.

There is no news. One of the reasons for not writing for a while, is that nothing has happened. Oh, the daughter went to Canberra to stay with my niece, but she will have to blog about that, because I wasn't there.  I have joined myspace, but that is hardly news.  Even her ladyship is so normal (touch wood).  She stood out in the rain, just waiting for it to stop and went back to her grazing.

I am off work this week, as it is the second week of the holidays and not much happening at work, but the daughter is going to be babysitting up to six kids and I don't want the old person terrorising them.  He said he missed them terribly while they were away but has treated them horribly since they have been back.  He is a very scarey person.  The daughter says his Gemini traits are worse than Jeckyl and Hyde.

So if I think of anything, I will either edit this or I will write another post ... adieu

18 August, 2008

Long time ...

Although I have been sick, and spent much time in bed, I have also been doing things. Not alot, because the whole thing has left me weak and tired, mostly. I have finished of my "chatelaine" and will photograph it and load it onto Bilum in the next few days. I have also finally watched the video for my Embroidery Sewing Machine after having it for a few years now. I hope to sit down and do one little design this weekend. If it works I shall tell you.

I have begun sorting out things to keep and throw away for our "move". I am a junk collector. It isn't second hand junk, I just buy things and think I will use them one day, and end up never using them. Mostly my motivation peters out and I just forget about it. Now that I am on medication, I feel more motivated to do things, and finishing the blog, the "chatelaine" and stuff was really easy to do. I should live on this stuff! lol.

Her ladyship is loosing her hair for the warmer months ahead, and there is brown fur everywhere outside. I have been brushing her, rubbing her with a towel and whatever I can to ease the itching, but she has about 2 months to go of the worst of it. Poor thing. She just asks for a carrot now and then. Okay, she is somewhat spoilt, but being alone still she needs some sort of company.

The old person is getting grouchier and nastier and fatter. I suppose partly to do with his old age, but I think now more than before, he might be getting dementia. He refuses to see the doctor for a diagnosis. "There is nothing wrong with me. It's everyone who has a problem."

The daughter is blogging now. She bought a movie camera and is trying to load videos onto her blog, but has struck some technical complications we are going to have to get more information on. Once she has the videos uploaded I will let you all know.

Must go serve dinner. Nice chatting with you again ....

... Brass Monkeys ...

Whoa! Here I sit in the garage on my laptop freezing cold - well sort of. The parts of my body with bare skin are cold, but the rest of me is quite warm. I came out to clean up after the grandsons and I had a day making Artists Trading Cards. They had the best fun. Grandson2 got stuck into the punches and grandson1 got into the paint pens. Every box of stuff they opened and saw all the goodies evoked a response of "Oh, Sick!" which in kid talk means the best ever. They spent a good half hour going through the sticker sheets, and then I showed the the boxes of beads, brads and eyelets. One got a tiger eyelet for his card and the other got a zebra. They were easily pleased. Being in the garage means they can make a bit of a mess and as much noise as they like and not disturb the old person.

The sister came over with Sunnyboy. So they then got stuck into the mud. We have had some rain here, and as it is so cold the ground takes forever to dry. Anyhow one of the benefits of living in a first world country is running hot water, so the mud was no big deal. When you are 9 - 12 years old, mud is as much of a toy as anything else. These days will draw to a close all too soon.

We had hot pies for lunch, except the sister and I who had pasties. Have not had a pasty in absolutely years. The places that still sell hot pies, no longer have them. I bought these ones frozen from the supermarket and heated them in the oven as the sister had sms'ed me to let me know she was on the bus.

The other sister has e-mailed to let me expect a visit at the end of the month. She has been out and about with her job, and hasn't had time to scratch her butt. It will be good to catch up with her.

So that is all my news. Yeah, mind boggling I know. Deal with it.

ciao ...

Anniversary

Yesterday, Alien Thoughts went on line one year ago. I still have till the 10 of June for my anniversary for this blog. Thought I might just mention it.

06 May, 2008

Hmmm....

I have been thinking seriously about making one of my blogs commercial, probably the Craft one, as craft on the Internet seems very popular. Or I could do the horse one. But that means a daily commitment to blogging and interacting with other bloggers, leaving comments and researching. It isn't that I am not capable of doing these things, it is just the commitment of time that would be required to do it.

I never blog from work, even though I will read blogs at work when there is no work. I don't think my boss is paying me for that, even if reading is done on his time. The onus is on him to give me enough work. I can't just sit there twiddling my thumbs. Also, I am fairly certain that from time to time the IT department reviews what gets done on the computers, just incase that, despite their really onerous nanny filter, someone might look at porn. I know a couple of blokes that were in trouble for forwarding on inappropriate e-mails. Funny how it is always the guys, and never the girls. I have received plenty of questionable e-mails from female staff. I just delete what I don't really like. I don't have time to be that petty.

Once I have finished work, the commitment wouldn't be a problem, it is just that I would really like to set it up before then. Still, making decisions like that usually end up with "I am sorry I didn't do it sooner". lol.

I also have some ideas for a couple of other blogs, that I am thinking about. However, I often wonder if I don't just think these things up as amusing thoughts just for the sake of being amusing when I should be thinking about other things. I guess my middle name should be procrastinator and just get on and do it.

Pencil and paper on the weekend.

adieu ...

The Forces of Darkness ...

are gathering. Yes we are.

Why is everyone so interested in a wannabe like Danni Minogue? She always seems to me to be riding on Kylie's fame, and can't quite make it herself. But I guess she is more accessible to the journos than Sis, so she makes good copy. I guess we should be grateful she isn't as batshit crazy as Britteny Spears ...

I am breaking one of my own rules here, if you don't pay them any attention they will go away.
Eventually, I suppose.

Everywhere you go, someone is commenting about some looney, wannabe. Maybe I am just old and cynical, but I don't remember them being so talked about when I was in my teens and early twenties. The big raves then were all the scandals the famous groups were getting into, like the Beatles and Rolling Stones. One of the girls wouldn't invite me to her birthday party because I wasn't a hard core Rolling Stones fan. In the end no one turned up anyhow, and it was supposed to be the birthday bash of the year. She came to school about two days late and was very contrite. Funny what sticks in your mind after all these years.

Now, of course, we are into Jazz and more classical music. My daughter is talking about taking the boys to Paint Ball, and I am trying to talk her into getting them taught music. I guess she wants them rough and tumble so that they grow up as men and not effeminate. Being a single Mum is not easy when you have boys. I don't think the boys care either way other than they will be doing something better than being at home.

This is our Oleander bush growing outside the front of the house and near the front paddock. I like Oleander, because it is so pretty, but it is poisonous to animals if they eat it. But none of our
animals are ever that hungry. We have privet and Lantana as well which will make animals sick
as well. None of them show the slightest interest in eating any of it.

Thinking ...

I spend much time thinking of all the fabulous things I could say about current events, but by the time I get around to actually blogging, much of it seems pretty trite, and I forego the writing. Hence it sometimes looks like I am not all that interested. Spending time thinking is not sharing my thoughts and I have been wondering if I should perhaps, just for the heck of it.

We are in a sort of state of flux at the moment, and are likely to be for a while. I have lived in Sydney since 1995, and in that time I have collected a huge amount of stuff. You couldn't really call it much else in polite society. So I have decided it needs to be culled to a more manageable amount. It is not a rapid process with me, and much of it falls outside my fetish for lists. So I am starting with my art and craft stuff. I have on lay-by two portable drawer units and I will pack all my arts and crafts stuff (i.e. not my sewing stuff) into these two units and whatever does not fit into them will have to be either sold at a garage sale or put into the recycle bins. Some of my bigger items will come as I kept all the boxes, but the paper, embellishments, rubber stamps etc., will have to fit or go.

Then there are my magazines. When I finally decided to leave Whyalla, I had a collection of over 10 years of several magazines, including the weekly issues of New Scientist. There were over 10,000 individual magazines. Luckily for me, I was able to rid most of them at my garage sale at about $5 per 100. This is not ROI but then, I never had them for investment, just for the information they contained. I kept all my Arabian Horse News mags and some of my craft mags, about 500 in all. I have probably got about 3000 now, of the AHN, Scrapbooking and other arts and craft mags. So again, I will have to cull and sell some.

I hadn't intended on moving for quite a while when we first moved here or I would have curtailed. However, the house here is not being maintained as it would by a private landlord and the rain has caused much land deterioration from having had over 30 horses prior to our coming here. We have had one horse and have had to suppliment her feed as the grass, while it exists now, is not really all that nutritious and the land is very, very weedy. Herladyship will not eat weeds, and really, I can't expect her to.

Work wasn't bad last week, because I only worked for two days, Friday being a Public Holiday. A few people were off on leave anyhow, being the second week of the holidays. In fact, by Thursday afternoon there was only myself and one other person. As she is a temp, I got to be boss.

The boss himself had asked me to do a project which entailed making a small table, cutting out about 10 from an A4 sheet, laminating these and then cutting from an A4 laminated sheet. Then I had to get double sided tape and put a little onto each one. Each of these had to be stuck onto every single telephone on Campus. There were well over 100. It was a fun thing to do, workwise, but afterwards my legs were aching. Partly because instead of taking lifts to the second floor I took the stairs, thinking it would be better for me, and the lift is often out of the way, anyhow. I have been doing alot of walking lately, so I didn't think my legs would be so bad. Mind you for all the walking and eating good food, I don't seem to be loosing much weight. Wouldn't have anything to do with the chocolate, would it? lol.

Well, I am going to be disconnected soon, so I had better sign off. Trah ....

16 April, 2008

Not without my ...

...lunch! How about that, I forgot the canteen was closed for the holidays and had no lunch with me at work. I ended up buying a packet of chips from the vending machine and having that. Yuk. Had the munchies all afternoon. Way to go, dopey.

I will have to remember to make something before I leave in the morning.

Long days with very little work. There weren't enough desks for everyone, but since it was my day on the Switchboard, I got to sit at my normal desk. The two part timers are off tomorrow and Friday, so it will be okay. I think when my time is up in September I will go back full time till the end of the year break and finish up then. I will have about ten days leave due and my long service entitlement, should get me through till I can either start my own business or find another job. Whatever.

When the days are long with little work, I find I look forward to the weekend. Especially when I know I have things I can be doing at home. So full time work will be frustrating again, but at least I will have something to look forward to at the end.

I have run out of glue and can't get any till tomorrow night. Why I am finding this so annoying I have no idea but it is really bugging me. I guess I take my glues so much for granted. I use glue in almost everything I do, and as I expand my mixed media arts I will use even more, but I think there I can use liquid PVA glue and not have to worry so much.

I am thinking about packing all my "junk" and it will be a logisitical nightmare without throwing away much of what I have. (sob). So I will be allocating one of my four days off to culling and sorting all my things until it is all done. I will also begin my lists. I cannot travel without a list, so if I have them prepared it will make things easier. It is about the only time I keep a list, and it is silly, because I would probably be alot more organised in my life if I kept lists all the time. I also need to start journalling because I think journalling is good for organisation as well. If I force myself to do it to start off with it will become a habit pretty quickly.

I am getting tired now so I shall bid you a fond adieu. cheers ....
